The UAE-based giant ADNOC Drilling has recently been awarded a significant contract for integrated drilling services (IDS) by its sister company, ADNOC Offshore. The five-year, $1.63 billion contract is considered a landmark deal that solidifies ADNOC Drilling’s position as a leading provider of advanced energy services within the ADNOC Group.

CEO of ADNOC Drilling, Abdulrahman Abdulla Al Seiari, expressed his pride in securing the award, highlighting the company’s commitment to operational excellence and innovation. He stated, “Our IDS offering delivers superior value and innovation, enabling us to play a pivotal role in reshaping the future of energy services in the region.”

The contract includes a range of services such as directional drilling, drilling fluids, cementing, wireline logging, and tubular running services, all aimed at delivering extended reach and maximum reservoir wells offshore.

Driving Sustainable Growth and Innovation

ADNOC Drilling’s focus on providing advanced, high-performance energy solutions aligns with its strategy to increase fleet utilization, diversify revenue streams, and drive sustainable long-term growth. This latest contract win is seen as a testament to the company’s dedication to operational excellence and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

CEO of ADNOC Offshore, Tayba Al Hashemi, emphasized the importance of partnering with ADNOC Drilling to meet the growing energy demands globally. The collaboration is expected to maximize efficiency and create significant value for shareholders and the UAE.
