Advanced Polymer Coatings (APC), the Ohio, USA-based manufacturer of protective tank coatings for chemical and product tankers, has announced the appointment of Daniel Liu as its new Global Technical Services Manager. With 18 years of experience at APC, Liu brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role, having previously served as the company’s Technical Services Manager for the East Asia and Western Pacific Region.

APC is currently experiencing a period of significant growth, with plans to quadruple its manufacturing capacity through the implementation of a new state-of-the-art automated manufacturing system. In response to a surge in demand for its advanced products, APC announced its expansion in Asia in 2024, with a focus on strengthening sales of its renowned MarineLINE protective cargo tank coating across the region.
