Prosafe Fleet Activity Update for March 2025

The Oslo Stock Exchange-listed semi-submersible accommodation vessel owner and operator, Prosafe, has released its fleet activity report for March.

Prosafe reported a fleet utilization rate of 52% for March 2025, showing a slight decrease from the 57% rate in February.

Safe Zephyrus

Safe Zephyrus, a DP3 semi-submersible ASV, operated at full capacity in March with 100% commercial uptime. The vessel is under contract with Petrobras until October 2027.

Safe Boreas

Safe Boreas is currently in Norway, preparing for relocation to Australia for a contract starting between mid-November 2025 and mid-February 2026.

Safe Notos and Safe Eurus

The sister vessels, Safe Notos and Safe Eurus, maintained a 99% utilization rate in March while working with Petrobras.

Safe Concordia

Prosafe finalized the sale of Safe Concordia in February for $5 million, with the vessel transferring to the new owner in March. Safe Concordia operated at full capacity on the days it was in operation.

Safe Caledonia

Safe Caledonia underwent reactivation activities in the UK and is expected to mobilize to the Captain Field by June 1, 2025. The vessel will work with Ithaca Energy on the UKCS.

Safe Caledonia’s current contract is set to end in December 2025, with a possible extension until March 2026.

Safe Scandinavia

Prosafe has agreed to sell Safe Scandinavia for recycling, with the vessel expected to be delivered in Q2 2025. The anchor-moored semi-submersible TSV underwent multiple upgrades before its conversion in 2015.
