JSA Loadmaster Arabia Ltd and HMH Join Forces to Deliver Comprehensive Solutions in Saudi Arabia

In a significant development for the maritime and oil & gas industries, JSA Loadmaster Arabia Ltd and HMH have recently inked a strategic Cooperation Agreement aimed at providing cutting-edge solutions to shipyards, onshore and offshore rig operators in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Formed in 2019, JSA Loadmaster Arabia Ltd is a result of a partnership between Loadmaster Industries and Jackup Structures Alliance (JSA), along with Saudi Drill, their joint venture partner in Saudi Arabia. On the other hand, HMH is a renowned provider of engineered, mission-critical drilling equipment and solutions.

Under this new Cooperation Agreement, the combined expertise and resources of both companies will be utilized to offer a wide range of services including engineering, field support, technical assistance, and high-quality OEM parts for both existing fleets and upcoming construction projects.

By leveraging HMH’s OEM products and established facilities in Saudi Arabia, along with JSA Loadmaster’s proficiency in structural drilling solutions, the collaboration aims to provide localized support to customers in the Middle East region. This strategic partnership is geared towards enhancing operational efficiency and meeting the evolving needs of the industry in the region.
