Wärtsilä Launches Breakthrough Carbon Capture Solution for Maritime Industry
Technology group Wärtsilä has introduced its innovative carbon capture solution (CCS) to the global maritime industry, marking a significant milestone in the sector’s journey towards decarbonization. The new ‘Wärtsilä Carbon Capture Solution’ has been proven to reduce vessel CO2 emissions by up to 70 percent, offering ship owners an immediate and effective way to comply with increasingly stringent environmental regulations.
