Cruise Xperience Innovation Summit Unveils Exciting Schedule of Content
May, Brighton – The highly anticipated Cruise Xperience Innovation Summit (CXI) has announced its inaugural schedule of content, proudly sponsored by Journey. The event aims to bridge the gap between seamless guest experiences and the awe-inspiring moments that define the strategies of leading cruise brands. Set to feature prominent speakers from industry giants such as Virgin Voyages, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Carnival Cruise Line, and MSC Cruises, the CXI conference is scheduled to take place on 3 – 4 June at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The summit will run concurrently with the Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas and Hotel & Resort Design South.
The CXI schedule of content commences with a session on Frictionless guest interaction for improved guest experience, delving into the intricacies of personalization and tailored experiences that are now central to cruise brands’ offerings. Esteemed speakers, including Cristina Fernandez, Senior Director of Digital Product Strategy at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, will share insights and best practices. The second day of the summit will kick off with discussions on New concepts in immersive experiences on cruise, exploring innovative approaches to enhancing guest interactions through immersive design. Additional sessions on Beyond the Plate: Experiential dining and Interactive signage+ promise to captivate attendees.
Aside from panel discussions, CXI will feature hybrid networking opportunities and interactive sessions across the show floor. A special lunch and learn session will provide a unique glimpse into the collaboration between cruise line buyers and suppliers in developing tech-driven immersive entertainment experiences. The event will also include the exciting “Battle of the Brands,” where suppliers will engage in a head-to-head pitch battle at the CXI Conference Lounge on 3 June.
