DOF Group Secures Contracts for Skandi Inventor Subsea Construction Vessel

DOF Group, a leading provider of integrated subsea services, has announced the signing of multiple contracts for the Skandi Inventor subsea construction vessel in the Atlantic region. The contract, which spans 100 days of firm work with additional options available, highlights the growing demand for advanced offshore construction capabilities.

The Skandi Inventor is a state-of-the-art DP3 construction vessel equipped with a 400-ton Active Heave Compensated (AHC) crane and a large working deck. Recent upgrades to the vessel include the installation of two brand new Work Class ROVs (WROVs) and a modern survey suite, all of which will be fully operated by DOF.

With preparations already underway, DOF will provide a comprehensive scope of project management, engineering, logistics, and offshore execution for the awarded campaigns. The company’s commitment to delivering high-quality services and innovative solutions sets it apart in the competitive subsea construction market.

While the value of the contract and the identity of the client have not been disclosed, the significance of these agreements underscores DOF’s reputation as a trusted partner for complex offshore projects. The Skandi Inventor’s advanced capabilities and DOF’s expertise position the vessel as a key asset for meeting the evolving needs of the industry.

As DOF continues to expand its presence in the Atlantic region, the company’s focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction remains paramount.
