Everllence (formerly MAN Energy Solutions) has released its sustainability report for the fiscal year 2024, showcasing significant progress in reducing CO2 emissions and outlining a comprehensive sustainability strategy.

The report highlights Everllence’s commitment to three core pillars: “Decarbonization is our business,” focusing on emissions reduction in energy-intensive sectors; “Nature,” emphasizing responsible resource use and emission reductions; and “People and Society,” promoting good working conditions and social responsibility.

CEO Dr. Uwe Lauber stated, “With our sustainability strategy, we embed our commitment to the environment and society into our corporate strategy, ‘Moving big things to zero.’ Decarbonizing the global economy is our business.”

Progress across all three strategic areas

Everllence aims to drive decarbonization by supporting industries in reducing emissions. In 2024, 15% of orders were green tech-related, with projects like the Esbjerg heat pump reducing CO2 emissions by 120,000 tons annually.

The company has already surpassed its goal of halving production-related CO2 emissions by 2030, achieving a 63% reduction since 2018. Dr. Johanna Rauchenberger highlighted the impact of product usage on emissions reduction, while Dietmar Pinkernell emphasized the challenge of meeting future reduction targets.

One notable initiative is the “Frauengesundheit er#leben” program, promoting women’s health in the workplace and receiving recognition for its impact on employee well-being.
