Phoenix Welcomes New General Manager For Maryland Office

Phoenix International Holdings Welcomes Sean Doherty as General Manager

Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. (Phoenix) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Doherty as the General Manager (GM) of its Largo, Maryland office. With over two decades of leadership, engineering, and project management experience, Mr. Doherty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Prior to joining Phoenix, Mr. Doherty had a distinguished career in the United States Navy, specializing in diving, salvage, and shipyard operations. His ability to lead complex technical initiatives in challenging maritime environments has been evident throughout his career. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture from the United States Naval Academy, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

As the new General Manager, Mr. Doherty will oversee all aspects of Phoenix’s government and commercial deep ocean search and recovery service lines. Additionally, he will lead the company’s Engineering and Research & Development efforts, further enhancing Phoenix’s capabilities in these critical areas.

With Mr. Doherty’s extensive experience and proven track record, Phoenix International Holdings is well-positioned to continue providing high-quality services to its clients in the maritime industry. The company looks forward to the leadership and guidance that Mr. Doherty will bring to the Largo office, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of its operations.
