HydroSurv Sells REAV-28 Package to Engitec Systems International

HydroSurv has announced the sale of a REAV-28 package to Engitec Systems International (ESI), marking a significant milestone for the company as it secures its first sale in the Eastern Mediterranean region. ESI, a Cyprus-based specialist in marine and offshore engineering solutions, will utilize the vessel for environmental monitoring and research applications.

The REAV-28 is a zero-emission, battery electric vessel that will play a crucial role in supporting ESI’s REDRESS project. The project focuses on ecosystem restoration and environmental monitoring in coastal and offshore waters. Equipped with an advanced sensor array, the versatile platform will monitor key water quality parameters such as temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity.

This collaboration between HydroSurv and ESI underscores the importance of leveraging innovative technology for environmental conservation and research efforts. The deployment of the REAV-28 demonstrates a commitment to sustainable practices and the advancement of marine science in the Eastern Mediterranean region.

With its cutting-edge capabilities and eco-friendly design, the REAV-28 is poised to make a significant impact in the field of marine and offshore engineering. By providing valuable data for environmental monitoring and research initiatives, this vessel represents a valuable asset for ESI and reinforces their position as a leader in the industry.

Overall, the sale of the REAV-28 package to Engitec Systems International highlights the growing demand for advanced marine technology solutions that prioritize sustainability and environmental stewardship. As HydroSurv continues to expand its presence in the Eastern Mediterranean region, it is poised to make further contributions to the field of marine science and engineering.
