Norwegian seismic service provider Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) has been awarded a contract from an undisclosed client for a survey in India. The company will be utilizing the 2001-built vessel, Atlantic Guardian, for the project.

The survey, known as a controlled source electromagnetic (CSEM) survey, is expected to have a contract value of approximately $10 million, pending the issuance of a callout order.
