Forum Energy Technology (FET) Secures Contract with ACSM for ROV System

Forum Energy Technology (FET) has recently announced a significant contract win with ACSM, a global maritime survey and ROV services operator based in Spain. The contract entails the provision of a cutting-edge work class ROV system along with a Dynacon Launch and Recovery System (LARS) to enhance ACSM’s operations.

State-of-the-Art Technology

The FET Perry XLX EVO II, scheduled for delivery in Q3 2025, will play a crucial role in supporting various operations including construction, drilling, pipeline and platform inspection, survey, salvage, cleaning, and dredging. Equipped with the latest ICE Unity Control System, the ROV system boasts advanced features such as remote operations and machine learning capabilities.

Manufacturing Location

The ROV system is currently being manufactured at FET’s state-of-the-art facility in Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire. This strategic location ensures high-quality production standards and timely delivery of the cutting-edge technology to ACSM.
