Subsea Global Solutions Appoints Eric Smith as Chief Commercial Officer

Subsea Global Solutions, a leading provider of underwater maintenance and repair services, has announced the appointment of Eric Smith as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). With a strong background in maritime operations, commercial management, and strategic business development, Smith brings a wealth of experience to the Subsea Global Solutions team.

Prior to joining Subsea Global Solutions, Smith served as the Director of Shared Resources at Resolve Marine, where he was responsible for overseeing assets, vessels, and facilities across multiple countries. His previous roles include CCO at Hendry Marine Industries, where he managed operations for various subsidiaries, including Gulf Marine Repair Shipyard, and a senior leadership position at Overseas Shipholding Group (OSG), where he led business development, chartering, and commercial operations.

As CCO at Subsea Global Solutions, Smith will be tasked with shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy, driving market growth, and enhancing the value proposition for clients. He will oversee business development, sales, marketing, and customer engagement to strengthen the company’s presence in key market segments such as cruise, commercial shipping, oil and gas, and marine construction.

“We are excited to welcome Eric to the Subsea Global Solutions leadership team. His extensive experience in maritime operations and commercial management perfectly aligns with our commitment to delivering innovative and reliable underwater solutions to our global clients,” said Paul Peters, CEO of Subsea Global Solutions.
