Investment Group Eurazeo Invests $73.1 Million in Offshore Wind Service Vessels
Investment group Eurazeo has recently announced a $73.1 million investment in MPC OSE Offshore, a joint venture between MPC Capital and O.S. Energy, aimed at building and managing new service operations vessels (SOVs) for offshore wind farms. This strategic investment is part of Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund’s (ETIF) sustainable investment strategy focused on transitioning essential infrastructure to a low-carbon economy.
This investment marks the seventh for ETIF, enabling participation in the growth and development of the European offshore wind sector. The initiative has received backing from the European Union through the InvestEU Fund, highlighting its importance in advancing sustainable energy solutions.
