DOF secures FPSO installation gig in Africa

DOF Secures FPSO Installation Contract in Africa

Norwegian offshore vessel owner DOF has been awarded a contract for an FPSO installation project in the Atlantic region by an undisclosed client.

The contract includes project management, engineering, logistical services, and offshore execution. DOF will utilize two anchor-handling tug supply vessels for the installation work, with the project set to take place in the second quarter of 2025 in Africa.

While specific financial details were not disclosed, DOF stated that the contract is significant, falling within the range of $15 million to $25 million.
