HEROSE is the leading manufacturer worldwide of valves for cryogenic applications and services. With 140 years of experience in valve development and manufacture, we aim to exceed industry standards to provide customers with top-notch technical solutions.

Cryogenic Safety Valves

Our cryogenic safety valves are installed for protection against overpressure in tank containers and pipelines used for storing, distributing, and transporting liquefied gases like oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and more at temperatures as low as -270°C (-454°F). We also offer a bellow-sealed option for added safety.

A major global gas company conducted an endurance test on our cryogenic safety valves, subjecting them to 144,000 opening and closing cycles. These valves have been in operation trouble-free in over 35,000 installations for nearly a decade.

Diverter Valves

Our diverter valves have been rigorously tested by a renowned cryogenic bulk vessel manufacturer, reporting a valve life expectancy of over 150 years.

Fire-Safe LNG Valves

HEROSE offers a range of LNG valves including TUV-certified bronze valves according to EN 12567 and stainless-steel valves with fire-safe approval according to EN ISO 10497. These valves ensure tight shut off during fires, protecting both plant and personnel.

Our fire-safe LNG valves have been installed in critical applications globally.

Industrial Safety Valves

Our industrial safety valves cover gases, vapors, fluids, and refrigerants. We have developed an industrial safety valve for pneumatically drained silo vehicles, designed to withstand extreme vibration and environmental conditions while minimizing emissions.

Gate Valves

We have introduced a range of stainless-steel gate valves suitable for cryogenic road tankers and other applications, showcasing HEROSE’s quality and design expertise.

Cryogenic Globe Valves

HEROSE provides a wide selection of cryogenic globe valves in bronze or stainless steel, manual or actuated designs.

Cryogenic Ball Valves

To expand our cryogenic technology offerings, HEROSE now offers cryogenic ball valves ideal for applications like CO2 tanks and offshore ISO containers requiring rapid valve operation.

Cryogenic Control Valves

Our range of pneumatic actuated cryogenic control valves with linear or equal percentage control characteristics are approved for various cryogenic liquefied gases including LNG, ensuring efficient and precise control.

At HEROSE, customer satisfaction is our primary goal. With TÜV approved quality systems and a focus on continuous product development, we strive to provide tailor-made solutions for our customers’ unique requirements.
