The UNIFLEX Advanced System by KABELSCHLEPP Metool: A Modular Solution for Modern Machine Applications

KABELSCHLEPP Metool’s UNIFLEX Advanced (UA) product line, particularly the UA1775 and UA1995 models, are becoming established as central platforms for modern machine solutions—modular, robust, and easy to assemble.

UNIFLEX Advanced 1775: Versatile and Easy to Assemble

The UNIFLEX Advanced 1775 has recently been enhanced with new width options and frame variants, making it a universal solution for various applications. It offers practical advantages during assembly, with easy-to-open crossbars that can be operated with a simple screwdriver. The chain link design ensures quiet running and saves storage space, while the option to combine it with the TS3 divider system opens up new application scenarios.

UNIFLEX Advanced 1995: Ideal for Larger Cable and Hose Cross-Sections

The UA1995 is designed for larger cable and hose cross-sections, offering ample space for intricate packages in complex machinery. Despite its size, the UA1995 remains easy to assemble and features sturdy aluminum profile bars for optimal adaptation to available space.

Modular System with Accessories

Both the UA1775 and UA1995 are part of the modular UNIFLEX Advanced system, which can be supplemented with various accessories such as guide channels, end connectors, and condition monitoring components. Total system solutions, known as TOTALTRAX concepts, can also be implemented using these cable carriers.

Overall, KABELSCHLEPP Metool’s UNIFLEX Advanced system offers a versatile and robust solution for modern machine applications, with easy assembly, modular design, and a range of accessories to enhance functionality.
