J.F. Lehman & Company (JFLCO), a middle-market private equity firm, has announced the sale of Global Marine Group (GMG) to Keppel Infrastructure Fund (KIF). This transaction marks a significant milestone for GMG, a leading provider of subsea telecom maintenance and installation services with a rich history dating back to 1850.
