Lamprell Extends Offshore Agreement with Aramco, Strengthening Strategic Partnership

Offshore construction firm Lamprell has announced the extension of its longstanding offshore long-term agreement with Aramco, further solidifying their strategic collaboration that has been ongoing since 2018.

This renewal underscores Lamprell’s technical and operational expertise in the offshore industry and cements the company’s position as a key partner in advancing Saudi Arabia’s energy and maritime sectors.

In a statement, Lamprell’s CEO Ian Prescott expressed pride in the successful delivery of several projects under the LTA Contract Release Purchase Order, with ongoing construction projects at their UAE facility.

Prescott emphasized the company’s commitment to their partnership with Aramco, stating, “We value our collaboration with Aramco and look forward to continuing our long-term working relationship with them. We are dedicated to supporting the Kingdom in achieving its Vision 2030 goals.”

Lamprell’s investment in the region is evident through their growing office in Saudi Arabia and their partnership in the International Maritime Industries yard, showcasing their support for the In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) initiatives.

The extension of the agreement with Aramco not only highlights Lamprell’s capabilities and commitment to the region but also signifies a continued focus on driving innovation and excellence in the offshore construction sector.

With a strong track record of successful projects and a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions, Lamprell remains a trusted partner for Aramco and a key player in the advancement of Saudi Arabia’s energy and maritime industries.
