The US boating industry is gathering in Florida for the 2025 Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show, which begins today (12 February 2025) and runs through Sunday (16 February 2025).

Taking place across Miami and Miami Beach, the Miami Boat Show 2025 is Miami’s longest-running boat show. It features a diverse range of boats and marine products, with over 100,000 attendees expected throughout its five-day duration.

The annual event, which is owned by the National Marine Manufacturers Association and the International Yacht Brokers Association and produced by Informa Markets, generates an estimated $956m impact for the region.

“Miami has experienced incredible growth, becoming a global hub that attracts a diverse and dynamic audience,” says Andrew Doole, president of U.S. Boat Shows with Informa Markets. “The show provides exhibitors with an opportunity to showcase the best of the industry to a growing international market. Our show is a key event for manufacturers, dealers, and consumers looking to make a purchase that sets the tone for the industry’s year ahead.”

Among the highlights this year is Bold, a 279-foot (85m) Silveryachts superyacht, which will be the largest vessel on display at IGY Yacht Haven Grande Miami as part of SuperYacht Miami. (Organisers are keen to highlight that access to SuperYacht Miami is limited to Windward VIP and SYM ticket holders, with entry to vessels at the discretion of brokers or builders.)

Herald Plaza will see the launch of new models such as the Aquila 42 and 46 Coupe Power Catamarans, along with the Pershing GTX 116, Vanquish 70, and Tiara 56 LS. The Miami Beach Convention Center hosts over 500 fishing boats and marine products, including the Caymas 44CT, Intrepid 50 Evolution, Scout 400LXF, and Regal LX 43.

Miami Boat Show 2025 spans six locations: Miami Beach Convention Center, Progressive Boat Show Experience at Pride Park, Herald Plaza, Venetian Marina, SuperYacht Miami at IGY Yacht Haven Grande Miami, and Museum Park Marina. Each venue offers showcases, from luxury yachts to immersive boating experiences and interactive demonstrations.

“Our show serves as a powerful platform for yachting brands to connect with discerning buyers,” says Paul Flannery, COO of the International Yacht Brokers Association. “From exclusive product debuts to brokerage opportunities, it’s the ultimate venue for those looking to explore a life of luxury on the water. For brands, it’s a chance to showcase their craftsmanship and vision, creating connections that drive the yachting lifestyle forward.”

Sea trials are taking place this week at Venetian Marina, while attendees can also take part in expert-led seminars and live product demonstrations. The Progressive Boat Show Experience at Pride Park will feature the Nautical Venture AquaZone, a 40,000-gallon freshwater pool offering in-water demonstrations and hands-on testing opportunities.
