Leadership Change at Pacific Radiance
The board of directors at Pacific Radiance, a prominent offshore vessel operator based in Singapore, recently announced a significant leadership change within the organization. James Pang Wei Kuan, who served as the chief executive officer, has been replaced by the company’s founder and executive chairman, Pang Yoke Min.
The transition in leadership officially took place on January 9, marking a strategic shift in the company’s management structure. As part of this change, Pang Wei Kuan will assume the role of chief strategy and business development officer within the group.
In his new position, Pang Wei Kuan will be responsible for shaping the long-term strategic direction of the company, identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and diversifying revenue streams to drive growth and sustainability.
Commenting on the leadership change, the company stated, “Pang Wei Kuan has played a pivotal role in steering the group through various challenges during his tenure as CEO. His industry expertise and strategic acumen have been invaluable assets to the organization.”
