Prosafe to Sell Semisubmersible Vessel Safe Concordia

Offshore accommodation vessel specialist Prosafe has recently announced a deal with an undisclosed buyer for its semisubmersible vessel Safe Concordia. The 2005-built unit is set to change hands between March and June this year.

The Oslo-listed owner disclosed that the deal is valued at $5 million before commissions and expenses. The Safe Concordia is currently operating in the US Gulf of Mexico.

Post-sale, Prosafe’s fleet will consist of five semisubmersible flotels and one tender support vessel cold stacked in Norway.
