Charles ‘Chuck’ Davison, Jnr. Appointed as Executive Chairman and CEO of PXGEO

Marine geophysical services company PXGEO has recently announced the appointment of Charles ‘Chuck’ Davison, Jnr. as its new Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This leadership change, effective immediately, marks a significant milestone for PXGEO as it embarks on a new chapter of growth and innovation in the global energy sector.

Charles Davison, a seasoned industry professional with over 30 years of experience, will also continue in his role as CEO of EnerMech, a company that shares the same shareholder as PXGEO. His impressive track record includes key positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Oceaneering International, Chairman of Magseis Fairfield, and Chairman and CEO at Fairfield Geotechnologies.

Founder Peter Zickerman will remain actively involved in PXGEO as Vice Chairman and Chief Development Officer, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity in the company’s strategic direction. He will also continue to serve on the board, providing valuable insights and guidance.
