Teledyne Marine Delivers Gavia AUV to SEA360 for Underwater Surveys

Teledyne Marine has recently completed the purchase and delivery of a cutting-edge Gavia Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) to SEA360, a subsidiary of Sea Vorian group based in Caudan, France. This acquisition marks a significant step towards SEA360’s expansion into geophysical surveys, cable and subsea infrastructure inspection, and environmental studies, positioning them as a premier provider of underwater data collection and analysis services in Europe.

The Teledyne Gavia AUV acquired by SEA360 is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies to enhance its capabilities for underwater missions. It features the EdgeTech 2205 sonar with bathymetric and gap-filling module, EXail PHINS C3 Inertial Navigation System (INS), and USBL modules.
