Seaturns Launches Fundraising Campaign for Wave Power Generation Technology

French wave energy developer Seaturns has announced the commencement of a fundraising campaign to accelerate the deployment of its innovative wave power generation technology. Following years of extensive research, development, and successful testing, Seaturns is poised to revolutionize the renewable energy sector.

Seaturns has revealed that the fundraising initiative will kick off on April 22, with a 24-hour exclusive access period for shareholders of Team for the Planet (TFTP), a dedicated climate-focused investment platform. The campaign will be open to the general public from April 23 onwards, inviting individuals to participate in driving sustainable energy solutions.

“Having dedicated significant resources to research and testing, our wave power generation technology is now primed for a significant leap towards large-scale implementation,” stated the company.

Live Presentation and Milestones

A live presentation showcasing the fundraising campaign is scheduled for April 16, from 13:00 to 14:00, featuring key stakeholders including the founding teams, TFTP representatives, and enthusiastic supporters of the platform.

Earlier this year, Seaturns achieved a significant milestone by completing sea trials of its wave energy technology at the IFREMER test site in Brest, France. This successful demonstration marks a pivotal step towards commercialization, with full-scale testing slated for 2025.
