Sercel Launches WiNG DFU-3C for High-End Seismic Applications

Sercel, a leading provider of seismic equipment, has introduced the WiNG DFU-3C, a cutting-edge three-component version of its renowned WiNG land seismic nodal solution. This latest addition caters to the increasing demand for top-tier seismic technology in the energy and mineral exploration and production (E&P) sectors.

The WiNG DFU-3C is an integrated three-component node that delivers superior data quality for unparalleled imaging, characterization, and monitoring of the subsurface. Featuring advanced components like the ultra-sensitive QuietSeis® broadband digital sensor and Pathfinder transmission management technology, the DFU-3C sets new standards in precision and efficiency. Its compact and lightweight design further enhances portability, making it an ideal choice for demanding seismic applications.

CEO Jérôme Denigot emphasized the benefits of the WiNG DFU-3C, stating, “Expanding on the success of our single-component node, this three-component version offers enhanced survey accuracy and flexibility. With its vector fidelity, sensor stability, and low-frequency capabilities, the WiNG DFU-3C is tailored to meet the rigorous subsurface challenges faced by customers in the energy and mining industries.”

With its innovative features and exceptional performance, the Sercel WiNG DFU-3C is set to revolutionize seismic data acquisition for high-end applications, ensuring precise and reliable results for E&P projects.
