Solstad Offshore Secures Multiple Contract Awards with Petrobras

Norwegian offshore vessel operator Solstad Offshore has recently announced the successful securing of multiple contract awards with Petrobras, pending board approval. These contracts involve two large Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessels and one Construction Support Vessel (CSV).

The AHTS vessels have been awarded new contracts with a duration of four years each, with one of the contracts also encompassing ROV services. This signifies a significant commitment from Petrobras towards Solstad Offshore’s capabilities and services.

Commencing in the first quarter of 2026, the contracts will be serviced by two AHTS vessels from Solstad Maritime’s global fleet. This demonstrates Solstad Offshore’s ability to provide reliable and efficient solutions to meet the needs of its clients.

Furthermore, the CSV Normand Flower, another vessel under the ownership of Solstad Maritime, has been contracted for a period of four years, which also includes the provision of ROV services. The commencement date for this contract is scheduled for December 2025, showcasing the long-term partnerships that Solstad Offshore has cultivated with its clients.

As a major stakeholder in Solstad Maritime, with 27.3% of the shares, Solstad Offshore continues to play a pivotal role in the offshore vessel operations sector. These recent contract awards further solidify the company’s position as a trusted provider of maritime solutions.
