Singapore Shipbuilder Strategic Marine Delivers First SES Vessel to AES

Singapore-based shipbuilder Strategic Marine has achieved a significant milestone by delivering its first Surface Effect Ship (SES) to All Energies Services (AES). This vessel is specifically designed for offshore crew transfer operations within the oil and gas sector, marking a major advancement in the company’s collaboration with industry partners.

The 35-meter SES vessel, developed in partnership with AIRCAT Vessels, ESNA – Espeland and Skomedal Naval Architects, offers cutting-edge technology and performance capabilities. With the ability to reach speeds exceeding 50 knots, it ensures efficient and seamless offshore transfers even in challenging sea conditions of up to 2.5 meters.

Chan Eng Yew, CEO of Strategic Marine, expressed his enthusiasm about the successful delivery, stating, “We are delighted to deliver our first SES to AES, showcasing Strategic Marine’s commitment to providing innovative, high-speed solutions for the offshore market.
