Hydromea Launches D-FIN Electronic Speed Controller for Robotics and Equipment

Hydromea has recently unveiled the D-FIN Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) Motor Controller, designed to bring efficiency, compactness, and precision to Hydromea’s DISKDRIVE thrusters and other brushless permanent magnet DC (BLDC) motors used in the robotics and equipment industries.

The D-FIN controller is engineered to provide smooth, silent, and efficient performance to motors. Its compact design allows it to be stacked on a proprietary backplane, optimizing space constraints and reducing cabling, making it ideal for small robotic vehicles. The controller offers multiple digital interfaces for seamless integration into a system, including RS485 serial bus, CAN bus, USB-C, or PWM for control and monitoring.

Key features of the D-FIN Electronic Speed Controller include its compact design, wide input voltage range, high current handling capacity, flexible communication interfaces, and advanced control modes, making it a versatile and efficient choice for various applications.

With the launch of the D-FIN Electronic Speed Controller, Hydromea continues to innovate and provide cutting-edge solutions for the robotics and equipment industry, setting new standards for efficiency and performance in motor control technology.
