NXTLVL Marine Expands Presence in Central Texas with Acquisition of MarineMax Austin

NXTLVL Marine, a Texas-based marine dealership, has acquired MarineMax’s Austin location, marking another step in its expansion within central Texas. This acquisition follows NXTLVL’s purchase of MarineMax locations in San Antonio and Lake LBJ, with the deal being finalized in October 2024.

With the addition of the Austin location, NXTLVL Marine aims to enhance its ability to meet the needs of the region’s boating community by providing a range of products and services.

“Austin’s lively boating community makes this an exciting next step for NXTLVL Marine,” says Parker Chase, vice president of NXTLVL Marine. “This acquisition not only expands our reach but allows us to bring our unique style of customer-first service to the area. We’re thrilled to welcome the Austin team and look forward to building on their success.”

The Austin facility will be rebranded under the NXTLVL Marine name. The dealership says the site will offer an expanded inventory of new and pre-owned boats, including Nautique Boats, a new addition to the NXTLVL dealer portfolio.

Blake Flanagan, president of NXTLVL Marine, emphasizes the value of the Austin team in the transition: “Their knowledge of the local market and passion for boating align perfectly with our values. We’re excited to work alongside them to grow NXTLVL’s footprint in central Texas.”
