TOTE Group, a renowned leader in the transportation and logistics industry overseeing some of the most reputable companies in the U.S., has announced the appointment of Jason Grear, CPA, as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, Grear brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization.

“In addition to Jason’s impressive credentials, his collaborative approach, focus on people, and shared commitment to our values truly stood out to us,” said Tim Nolan, President and CEO of TOTE Group. “We are thrilled to welcome Jason to our leadership team and are eager to see the positive impact he will have on our organization.”

As the CFO of TOTE Group, Grear will take charge of the financial organization, playing a key role in shaping the long-term vision, stability, and performance of the company. He will work closely with all business units to support strategic decision-making and drive growth.

Prior to joining TOTE Group, Grear served as the Chief Accounting Officer and EVP of Accounting and Finance at U.S. Xpress, where he played a crucial role in the company’s successful public offering in 2018 and its subsequent acquisition by Knight Swift in 2023. With a background of over 12 years in public accounting, Grear’s experience also includes a senior managerial position at EY.
