Koil Energy Secures Contract for Subsea Project in West Africa

Houston-based subsea equipment and services specialist, Koil Energy, has recently announced that they have been awarded a contract to supply electrical and hydraulic distribution manifolds for a project in West Africa. The client, an undisclosed oil and gas company, has chosen Koil Energy for their expertise in subsea infrastructure.

Critical Role in Subsea Infrastructure

The distribution manifolds provided by Koil Energy will be essential in regulating the flow of oil and gas through the existing subsea infrastructure in West Africa. These manifolds will be responsible for distributing electrical and hydraulic power, ensuring smooth operations and efficient transportation of resources.

Scope of Work

Koil Energy’s scope of work for this project includes engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, and testing of the manifolds and related equipment. The team at Koil’s facility in Texas will be working tirelessly to meet the project’s requirements and deliver high-quality products to their client.

Delivery Timeline

The project is expected to be completed by the second half of 2025, with final delivery of the manifolds to the West African site. Once production is complete, the manifolds will be shipped to their destination, ready to be installed and put into operation.

Overall, Koil Energy’s contract for the West African subsea project highlights their capabilities in providing essential equipment and services for the oil and gas industry. With a focus on quality and efficiency, Koil Energy continues to establish itself as a reliable partner for subsea projects around the world.
