Keyfield International Expands Collaboration with PT Elnusa Trans Samudera

Offshore support and accommodation vessels company Keyfield International has recently announced a memorandum of understanding with Indonesia’s PT Elnusa Trans Samudera (ETSA), marking a significant step in their partnership.

The agreement, facilitated by Keyfield’s subsidiary Keyfield Offshore, outlines a collaborative framework aimed at exploring and pursuing marine services opportunities in Indonesia. The primary focus will be on the oil and gas sector, as well as related industries.

As part of the agreement, ETSA will take the lead in sourcing and securing tenders, while Keyfield will be responsible for identifying and providing selected marine assets, including cable-laying and subsea vessels, along with the necessary crew for operating these assets.

Upon successfully securing a project, both parties will proceed to formalize the terms and conditions through a separate agreement, ensuring a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.

“This MoU represents a significant advancement in our international expansion strategy. By joining forces, we aim to deliver reliable vessel services tailored to the dynamic offshore sector in Indonesia,” stated Darren Kee, CEO and Executive Director of Keyfield Group.
