AIRCAT Vessels Delivers Innovative Crewliners in Collaboration with ESNA

AIRCAT Vessels, in partnership with ESNA, has successfully delivered the first three AIRCAT 35 Crewliners, setting a new standard in the oil and gas sector. These 35-meter vessels, based on SES (Surface Effect Ship) technology, are designed to achieve speeds of over 50 knots, even in challenging maritime conditions.

Equipped to accommodate up to 80 passengers, each Crewliner features a cabin built to business class standards. To ensure maximum comfort and safety, two innovative systems have been integrated:

  • The Ride Control System (RCS) ensures a smooth ride, even in rough seas.
  • The Motion Control System (MCS) enables safe passenger transfers in wave heights of up to 2.5 meters.

During the construction phase, Strategic Marine played a crucial role in bringing the project to life, while ESNA contributed to the design and optimization of the vessels. The three AIRCAT 35 Crewliners are now part of the prestigious ENERGY CRAFT fleet, managed by AES in Angola, specifically catering to the daily passenger transport needs between Luanda and the offshore sites of TotalEnergies Angola.
