Tadek Ocean Engineering Celebrates 15 Years in Business

Tadek Ocean Engineering is marking a significant milestone as it celebrates 15 years in business. The company, known for its expertise in delivering innovative cable systems, risk advisory services, and analysis work to marine, offshore, and subsea sectors, has recently expanded into new UK offices and completed its landmark 300th project.

Specialization and Expertise

Tadek Ocean Engineering specializes in providing cutting-edge solutions for developers and owners of fixed and floating assets. With a focus on installation analysis, project engineering, and management, the company has established itself as a trusted partner in the industry.

In addition to its core services, Tadek Ocean Engineering is rapidly expanding its expertise in offshore renewables. The company is actively involved in pre-FEED optioneering studies for Floating Offshore Wind (FOW) projects, as well as Marine Renewable Energy (MRE) and floating solar initiatives.

Meeting Industry Demand

With the UK targeting 50GW of offshore wind capacity by 2030, the demand for advanced engineering and risk mitigation services is on the rise. Tarek CEO R. Raymond emphasized the importance of Tadek’s contributions to the industry, stating, “Tadek has been delivering complex offshore engineering solutions for more than a decade, supporting some of the largest industry brands globally.”

Raymond highlighted the company’s role in the evolving Floating Offshore Wind sector, noting Tadek’s ability to provide technical solutions that accelerate project deployment. Drawing on experience from various sectors, including oil and gas, fixed and floating wind, wave, and tidal energy, Tadek aims to optimize project execution and minimize uncertainties in design, installation, and operations.

The milestone event was attended by Cllr Louise Morales, Mayor of Woking, who recognized Tadek’s economic contributions to the local community and its increasing impact on the offshore renewables sector. Raymond commented on the expansion, stating, “Our new office reflects our ambition for growth and enhances our ability to provide practical engineering expertise and strategic consultancy to the industry.”

Raymond also emphasized Tadek’s evolving role in project leadership, working directly with clients to offer informed advice and ensure the delivery of robust, cost-effective, and timely solutions.
