Tugdock Receives ‘Statement of Feasibility’ for Tugdock Submersible Platform

Tugdock has achieved a significant milestone with the recent award of the prestigious ‘Statement of Feasibility’ from DNV, a renowned independent energy expert and assurance provider.

This recognition highlights the innovative nature of the Tugdock Submersible Platform (TSP) and its potential applications in various industries, including floating offshore wind, vessel drydocking, and decommissioning.

The TSP features a pinned, open steel-frame design that incorporates Tugdock’s patented vertical air buoyancy cylinders. This system, which is easily transportable via road, can be assembled on-site to create a modular dry dock of customizable dimensions (in 5-meter increments) up to 120m x 120m. It is capable of lifting and launching heavy marine structures or vessels, as well as serving as a versatile modular workstation.
